1. เราคือใคร

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

4. Google Calendar (เมื่อคุณเลือกเชื่อมเท่านั้น)

1. Who we are

10x buddy (https://10xproductivitycb.com) is an app for calendar, tasks, notes, files, goals and habits, with an assistant in LINE that reminds you and takes commands. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and what you control. Contact: [email protected]

2. What we collect

• From LINE when you sign in: your LINE user ID, display name and profile picture. We never receive your password or your friends list.
• What you create: tasks, appointments, notes, uploaded files, goals, projects, habits, reflections and settings.
• Messages you send to the bot in LINE.
• If you connect Google Calendar: the email of your Google account, a token to reach your calendar (stored encrypted), and the IDs of the Google events this app created for you; and if you turn on “Bring my Google appointments into the app”, copies of the appointments in your main calendar (title, date and time, place, details and online-meeting link, from 30 days back to 90 days ahead) kept inside the app.
• Cookies: only those needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no tracking or analytics tools.

3. How we use it

Only to provide the service: show and manage your tasks and appointments, send reminders through LINE and your browser, and let the bot understand your commands. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or pass it on for marketing.

4. Google Calendar (only if you choose to connect)

Connecting is optional. Without it the app works normally and never touches Google.

• Scopes we request: calendar.events (view and edit events on your calendars), email (to show which account is connected) and openid.
• What we do with them: create, update and delete events in your Google Calendar so they match the appointments you add in the app or through the bot, and check whether an event this app created was deleted in Google so we can delete the matching appointment in the app. For that check we ask Google only for the ID and status of events that changed. We do not read the title, time or details of your other events, unless you turn on “Bring my Google appointments into the app”, which is off by default (see the next point).
• If you turn on “Bring my Google appointments into the app” (Settings → Google Calendar): we read the appointments in your main calendar from 30 days back to 90 days ahead (title, date and time, place, details, online-meeting link, and your own response, so that appointments you declined are left out) so they show in the app and are reminded through LINE like your other appointments. We keep them as copies inside the app and never write them back to Google. These appointments are not sent to AI providers. When you turn the switch off or disconnect, we delete all the copies from the app; nothing changes in Google.
• What we do not do: we do not share data obtained from Google with third parties, do not send it to AI providers, do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it unless you consent, it is needed for security or to fix a problem, or the law requires it.
• Revoke at any time: press Disconnect under Settings → Google Calendar (we revoke access with Google and delete the stored token, event IDs and the copies of appointments read from Google), or remove access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events already sent stay in your Google Calendar until you delete them.

10x buddy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Who processes data for us

• The server provider we rent (database and uploaded files) and Cloudflare (which relays web traffic).
• LINE (delivers reminders and receives the messages you send the bot).
• An AI model provider (OpenAI, possibly through OpenRouter): the message you send the bot and the data in your app that relates to that request (for example the title of a note or task being looked up) are sent so the bot can understand and answer. Data obtained from Google is not sent there.

6. Security and retention

Google tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a key kept apart from the database. Connections use HTTPS and the sign-in cookie is httpOnly. We keep your data while you use the service. No system is perfectly secure; if you find a weakness, please tell us.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete all of your data by writing to [email protected], and we will act as quickly as we can. Most of it you can edit and delete yourself in the app.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above, and tell you in the app when the change affects your data.
